Kristy is the Web Editor/Publisher of Cloth Diaper News and created this site as a way to share information between the cloth diaper market and the families that use them. Her adventure into cloth diapering started in 2005 with the birth of her son. This quickly turned into a passion close to her heart and then into a business, Wee Willie Winks an Orlando-based cloth diapering website. I am the previous wahm behind Miki Bunz. I am writing this to plead with you to please remove the thread regarding Miki Bunz. I no longer make diapers, and have not had this buisness for a couple of years now.
All of the issues that were posted were dealt with, and refunds issued. The issue had to do with PayPal who put a hold on all funds when one package was late and a mama filed a claim. This then created a domino effect. After she did receive her item, she forgot to indicate this in paypal. I was unable to purchase my bamboo fabrics online, becaues my paypal account was on hold. Because of this, I was unable to make any diapers. Because of this, mamas thought I was “scamming them”. I could not issue refunds because my funds were on hold. Once the issue was finally resolved, it was too late and this thread was started. It ruined everything for me, and even in my home town where I used to sell my diapers in a local diaper store (one of the mothers called this store and started threatening the owner there).
I am long done with this, and would like my name off the internet. I am pleading with you to do this for me. Please understand that this was a huge misunderstanding and went way out of hand. I understand the mamas were worried, and then saw that other mamas were waiting as well for orders, but this is so over and I want to move on knowing my name is not on the internet like this.
Please help me,
Theresa

Hello,
I am a grandmother right now and my grandchild has not used diapers for a long time. When my son was a baby I used the disposables for going out and the cloth diapers for use around the house. The mothers of the day say they don’t have enough time to deal with reuseable diapers. I was reading that there is a need for people who can do some volunteer work and there is a need for someone to do the writing for the cause. I don’t know what I would be able to do wrting but I would be willing to do anything that would help the cause. I have too much time on my hands right now. Even though I am handicaaped I am willing to do whatever I can. This is such an important issues we need the most people we can to give up the disposables and convince people to think about the planet and the problems of global warming.
am willing to do anything I can to help.
Samantha
