This just in from the goodmama email announcements: Clients can pick a favorite fabric and submit it to be made into goodmama diapers!  What a wonderful and exciting way that you can get involved with goodmama diapers.  Here are all the details straight from the email announcement:

“Hi Goodmamas!

After hearing and considering your requests, we have decided to do another round of Send-Your-Own-Fabric diapers. Please read and follow the terms and conditions carefully. They are all very important!

1. Find 5 continuous yards of a 100% cotton knit print you are dying to have made into a goodmama fitted. Please make sure it is 100% cotton, a knit and there is 5 continuous yards available.

2. Submit your fabric for approval to suzanne@thegoodmama.com. Please put SYOF2 in the subject line. This is very important! Otherwise it will get lost in my inbox and we don’t want that!

3. You may submit up to three fabric choices in ONE email. Only one submission per person will be considered. Please find out if your fabric is a knit, etc. before you send your query!

4. The deadline for fabric approval email submissions is Friday, February 27, at 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Any submissions received after this time will not be considered.

5. Your submissions will be considered for fabric quality, suitability for diaper-making, style and marketability. If your submission is not approved, it is not a judgment of you. Also, I have bought a lot of new fabric lately. It could be that the print(s) you have chosen have already been procured for goodmama sewing and in that case, will not be approved.

6. We will only choose one fabric per person, maximum. If your submission is chosen, you will be informed by March 2 and given further instructions.

7. The deadline by which your SYOF2 fabric must be at goodmama headquarters will be March 11.

8. You will have the choice to receive one free diaper in your submitted print in exchange for purchasing and shipping your fabric to goodmama for diaper making, OR you may exercise the option to receive one free diaper and buy the entire run of 19 diapers in your fabric and distribute them in a co-op. This time will be different in that it’s an all or one choice, nothing in between.

9. For extra fun, this time you may choose organic bamboo velour lining OR coordinating cotton/poly velour lining for your SYOF2 diaper! We have many, many colors of this velour now, and if you are approved will be given a list to consider for your diaper!

10. The deadline by which you must decide if you are buying one or all, and organic bamboo velour or cotton/poly velour is Friday, March 6, at 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

11. If you will receive all 20 diapers, your payment for 19 diapers x $35 of $665 + $17 shipping = $682 will be due by Monday, March 9.
